Incident

An incident is referred to as the invocation of the listener by a monitoring tool. Your monitoring tool is monitoring your infrastructure for incidents. When your monitoring tool detects any type of failure in the system, it will trigger the rules defined in the monitoring tool for that failure. One of the rule will trigger the listener by sending a message to it via web-hooks. This trigger will generate an incident in Galarm Enterprise against the listener. The incident will generate an alarm that will be ring on the members' app according to the escalation policy defined in the listener.
