Galarm Enterprise allows you to hook up your monitoring tools with Galarm mobile app and receive real time alerts on Galarm mobile app allowing faster reaction time to fix incidents. Traditionally, monitoring tools sends out an email when an incident occurs in monitored infrastructure. Such emails can be easily missed leading to extended downtime. Galarm provides webhooks to send these incidents to Galarm app alerting the concerned users in real time. Further, Galarm app can be configured to keep reminding for these incidents until acknowledged by the user. You can also configure policies to automatically escalate an incident if not acknowledged in configured time.
