Members

Members are Galarm users that can be added to listeners. They can be alerted when an incident occurs for an alert depending on the escalation policy defined for the alert.

Each member that is part of a listener should be assigned a key. So, the number of seats that you buy for Galarm Enterprise subscription would depend on the number of members who will be alerted for different alerts.
