Add a listener

A listener defines rules of whom to alert when, when an incident occurs. You can then take this listener and integrate it with your monitoring tools via web-hooks. Following are the steps to create a listener:

• Click on "Listeners" tab on the left sidebar

• Click on "+Listener"

• Specify a name and escalation policy for the listener

• You can read more about escalation policy at Escalation policy

• Click "Add" to create the listener.
